Refund&Return

Cancellation

We accept cancellation of the order before the product is delivered or manufactured. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel your order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if any)

We accept product returns. The buyer has the right to request a refund within 30 days of receiving the goods.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns. Please do not return the purchase to the manufacturer.
The customer will be charged a maximum of one shipping fee (this applies to returns). There is no refill fee for returning the product to the consumer.


Refund (if any)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you if your return is approved or rejected. Once approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refund (if any)

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially shipped. Then contact your bank. It often takes some time to post a refund. If all this has happened and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at cs@blouselly.com

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. Thespecific fee should be based on the express company you choose.If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is notrequired to be ar the shipping fee for this re ason.
